Zoho CRM - User Contact Deletion Process
1. Check Slack for the request.
HINT: Contact deletion requests can also come when a property is being removed.
2. Open the profile through RLL - User Admin, and click Remove Login Credentials under Quick Links.
3. Confirm the deletion of the credentials.
4. Fully remove the contact by clicking the Delete Contact link and confirm.
5. Once the user profile was removed in the RLL system, proceed to Zoho, and disassociate the companies and properties that the user is associated with.
6. Once disassociated, set the status to Archived.
7. Inform the Account Manager or requestor that the request is complete.
