Entrata - Onboarding process
There are 2 simple steps involved in the integration.
STEP 1. Send a request to your Entrata Customer Support Manager and Entrata will set up the Entrata API access for RLL (Renters Insurance API)
a. Request "Renters Legal Liability" as an additional option under the Provider dropdown.
STEP 2. Send us the Entrata API access, below are the information we need:
Username
Password
Host URL
Upon receipt of the Step (2) information, we will complete the integration.
Note: Once the properties go live in the automated process, the on-site staff will be required to enter the resident's participation information within Entrata.

Also for the data entry, we are not provided a training manual by Entrata but we were told by our Entrata contact that "Entrata provide step by step guides for all clients within Entrata. They simply need to go to Help&Support>General>Browse by Product>ResidentInsure and they will have access to training materials for multiple insurance related processes".
